Setting MOTD (Message of the Day)

The driver supports multi-line custom scripts for setting MOTD options on the Bigband device. However, these scripts fail when used with SSH. Be sure to select Telnet as the connection protocol when setting MOTD options.

Configuration deployment acts as a merge operation

The device's load-configuration command copies the configuration as a script and then executes it, behaving more as a merge than a copy. This is the only functionality available on the device, so a true copy is not possible.
