Deployment could cause loss of access

H3C configuration deployment operations replace entire configuration, rather than using a merge operation. If configurations are edited in such a way that IP or access information is improperly changed, device access could be lost following a reboot.

New usernames and passwords

The Deploy Passwords task modifies the username and password for the device. To use the new usernames and passwords, the device must be configured using the 'authentication-mode scheme' command.
