View a service level agreement for a configuration item

Applies to User Roles:

System Administrator

To view a service level agreement for a configuration item, follow these steps:

  1. Click Service Level Management > SLA Administration > Availability SLOs. The Availability Service Level Objective form opens.
  2. Click the Fill button for the Affected CI field, and then select the CI.
  3. Click Search.
  4. If necessary, double-click a record to display it in the SLO Information form.
