A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

An integration of Population type copies data from an external data repository into the CMDB, so that the CMDB now controls the data.

You use population in one of the following scenarios:

When you need to track changes made by the CMDB at the CI level.

When a remote repository is not reliable in terms of response time; for example, a network delay prohibits you from setting up run-time federation with the repository.

When a remote repository does not support federation capabilities (no appropriate adapter exists).
