A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

This section describes how to access Service Manager on a Windows client through an F5 HWLB in Full SSL mode.

Prerequisites

Before you begin this process, verify that the following conditions are true:

To maintain session persistence, SSL must be configured between the F5 HWLB and the Windows client. For more information about how to configure SSL, see Configure an HWLB for SSL offloading.
SSL is configured between the F5 HWLB and the SM server. For more information about how to do this, see Configure an HWLB for SSL between an F5 load balancer and an Service Manager server .

To access Service Manager on a Windows client through an F5 HWLB in Full SSL mode, configure the following parameters in the sm.ini file:
