Release highlights for Service Manager 9.51 Hybrid

This release of Service Manager 9.51 introduces the following features and functionality:
- The Service Manager Service Portal installation mechanism is enhanced to allow offline installation on Red Hat Linux systems
- Service Manager Service Portal order numbers and request numbers are synchronized to Service Manager interaction records, and attachments can be exchanged between Service Manager Service Portal and Service Manager
- Changes to Smart Search indexing create performance improvements and add new functionality
- The Smart Search virtual agent can now suggest documents from sources other than Knowledge Management and Service Catalog
- The Service Manager UI is enhanced to provide a unified experience between the Command box, Quick Search, and Smart Search
- Ability to enable language selection on the SRC login page
