Upgrade the applications from a version earlier than 9.50

You can use the HPE Service Manager 9.51 Upgrade Utility to perform a major upgrade and upgrade your HPE Service Manager applications from SM9.3x/9.4x to SM9.51.

Important The Upgrade Utility supports language pack upgrade for the following 16 languages: Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Dutch, Hebrew, Hungarian, Korean, Polish, and Turkish. The content added or updated in the SM 9.51 release is localized only for the first eight languages. You can localize the English content for the rest of the languages through self localization.
