Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Deploy the APM Push Adapter
To integrate HPE APM with UCMDB, administrators must deploy the APM Push Adapter.
Note If your UCMDB version is 10.10, you can skip the steps below and proceed to Create an Integration Point between HPE APM and UCMDB. The APM Push Adapter is deployed on UCMDB version 10.10 by default.
To download the APM Push Adapater zip package and deploy it:

Obtain the APM Push Adapter from the HPE Live Network.

Go to the HPE Live Network page for Integrations and Other Content for Discovery and Dependency Mapping: https://hpln.hp.com//node/32/contentfiles?dir=17109

If you have not logged in, the HPE Passport sign-in page opens.
Provide your User ID and Password, and click Sign-in.
- Click APM integration package to download the
APMPushAdapter.zip
package.

- Start the UCMDB server.

Open a browser and log on to UCMDB as an administrator.

From the left navigation bar, click the Administration tab.

Click Package Manager.

Click Deploy packages to server (from local disk).
The Deploy Packages to Server dialog opens.

Click Add .

Browse to the folder where
APMPushAdapter.zip
is located. Select the zip file, and click Open. -
Click Deploy.

Click OK when the following confirmation message displays:
Resources were deployed successfully.
