Method Detail

IsAttributeExist

boolean IsAttributeExist(java.lang.String className,
                       java.lang.String attributeName)

Check whether the attribute exists for the requested class. A try to translation to BDM class name will be done if the class wasn't found on class model. Same BDM translation will be done for attribute name.

Parameters:

className - Class name to check

attributeName - Attribute name to check

Returns:

true if the attribute exists for the class

IsKeyAttribute

boolean IsKeyAttribute(java.lang.String className,
                     java.lang.String attributeName)

Check if the attribute is a key attribute on the input class, if both exist A translation to BDM class\attribute name will be done

Parameters:

className - Class name to check

attributeName - Attribute name to check

Returns:

true if the attribute exists for the class and it's a key attribute
