A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Disable the Turn off Data URI Support Setting

When the Turn off Data URI support setting is not disabled, the icons are not displayed in the Internet Explorer.

Note: By default the Turn off Data URI support setting is not disabled.

To disable the Turn off Data URI support setting,

Click Start, type gpedit.msc in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
In the navigation pane of the Local Group Policy Editor window, expand Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Security Features.
In the right pane, double-click Turn Off Data URI support.
Select Enabled, click Apply, and then click OK.
Go back to the navigation pane of the Local Group Policy Editor window, expand User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Security Features.
Repeat step 3 and step 4.
