Description
The NNM iSPI for IP Telephony offers integration with ClarusIPC Plus+ to extend visibility into Cisco Unified Communications environments by monitoring:
- Call failures, incorrect routing, suspicious calls
- Server health conditions such as high CPU, low memory or disk space conditions, service stop or start events
- Device registration events such as total registered devices falling below a user-defined threshold
- Configuration changes to Cisco Unified Communications Manager logical elements such as Route Plan and Routing Devices
The integration of the NNM iSPI for IP Telephony with ClarusIPC Plus+ provides access to several ClarusIPC Plus+ tools from the inventory view in the NNMi console. These tools include:

- IPT Test Results
- IP Telephone : Help Desk
- IP Telephone : Remote Hands
