Description
Service Health Analyzer (SHA) collects metric data from NNMi using iSPI Performance for Metrics, with a calculated baseline. SHA analyzes these metrics to detect anomalies, and alerts you about imminent IT incidents before they occur.
Service Health Analyzer collects metric data (utilization in\out) from NNMi using iSPI Performance for Metrics, with a calculated baseline. SHA analyzes these metrics and automatically correlates with other relevant metrics (business and infrastructure), and alerts you about imminent IT incidents before they occur. To enable the integration, install SHA data collector on the NNMi iSPI Performance server.
