Service Health Analyzer (SHA) integrates with HPE Application Performance Management (APM) to pull data from Business Process Monitor (BPM), calculate baselines, and uses this information in the anomaly detection engine.
SHA integrates with BPM retrieving metrics through the APM foundation. SHA analyzes these metrics, calculates dynamic baselines to detect anomalies, and alerts you about imminent IT incidents before they occur. SHA also analyzes your data to establish what is the root cause of the problem (for example, what layer or location in your business transaction is problematic). For an anomaly, you can drill down to BPM report for detailed BPM data.
