Description

Service Health Analyzer (SHA) pulls incident information from Service Manager (SM) and displays that information in the Highlights UI and the Investigation UI.

SHA allows the user to link the current anomaly with its relevant ticket. By doing so, the user can see this information in all future anomalies that are similar to the current anomaly and, by that, shorten the MTTR.
