Description

Service Health Analyzer (SHA) integrates with Real User Monitor (RUM) retrieving performance metrics through the HPE Performance Application Management (APM) foundation. SHA then analyzes the metrics and calculates the dynamic baseline to detect whether each metric behaves normally or not.

Real User Monitor (RUM) monitors all real end-user and protocol traffic and correlates this traffic to the network layer. This data is sent to Business Service Management regularly in samples, which are then used by SHA. The SHA application uses these metrics, as well as metrics from other samples, to create baselines. The SHA application compares metrics to the baseline and reports anomalies as performance issues are detected. For an anomaly, you can drill down to RUM report for detailed RUM data. The integration of Diagnostics with SHA is not enabled by default.
