UCMDB sync - between Universal CMDB and SAW

Description

The integration between UCMDB and Service Anywhere enables synchronization to automatically update Service Anywhere with information gathered from your UCMDB using the On-Premise Bridge. Both automatic and custom synchronizations are supported.

The following image shows a high level view of how the synchronization works.

Service Anywhere uses the On-Premise Bridge to communicate with UCMDB.
The relevant data is pushed to the staging area.
The data is taken from the staging area, and taken in to Service Anywhere using the Identification Web service.
