Description
Network Node Manager i (NNMi) to Operations Manager i (OMi) topology synchronization populates OMi with NNMi's network topology. This topology synchronization gives the OMi integrated applications and users visibility into the relationships among network devices.
When these network device relationships are coupled with other relationships populated within OMi, such as a device for business services and network to server, users gain insight into the relationship between network device problems and business services that are impacted by these problems. This capability enables bottoms up network management data to be synchronized with tops down application end user experience data to help the business quickly pinpoint service impacting network issues.
