Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

In Content Store UI, filter box does not work for capsules installed from file system or while installing by default using CSA installation.

If user navigates to “Look Up User” button at the bottom of the screen and then provide an username for search, (For example: user1) [not part of the configured User Search Base], the user will be prompted with an error message - “A user could not be found in the configured LDAP directory with a user name of user1”. This message is not very clear or does not provide a hint for the user to re-configure the right group in User Search Base. |
