Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to create and edit a customer
Create a customer

From the main menu, click Customers.

Click New.

Complete the form with required information. See Customer details below.

Click Save.
Edit a customer

From the main menu, select Customers.

Click the customer in the ID column to display the selected customer.

Click the tab you want to view or edit. See Customer details below. The General tab is displayed by default.

Save the changes.

General tab
Field Description ID Customer ID. Full Name Full name of the customer. Short Name Short name of the customer. Contact Contact information of the customer.
Phone Phone of the customer.
Email Email of the customer. Description Description of the customer.

Account tab
This tab displays the accounts that belong to the customer. For more information on accounts, see Accounts.
