Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

APLS Integration Troubleshooting - Error Handling Messages

Message: APLS configuration entries are missing
Meaning: Make sure AutoPass settings are properly configured in the UCMDB UI > Administration Infrastructure Settings Manager module.

Message: Authentication fails
Meaning: Make sure APLS username/password are properly set in the UCMDB UI > Administration Infrastructure Settings Manager module.

Message: SSL handshake issue
Meaning: When there is a SSL handshake issue, the following error message can be found in the log:
SSLHandshakeException, No trusted certificate found: xxxx

Message: No usage available
Meaning: When there is no usage available, the following error messages can be found in the log:
No discovery Unit is being used, skip reporting this to APLS.
No third party MDR Unit is being used, skip reporting this to APLS.

Message: APLS server is down (ConnectException)
Meaning: When there is a server down issue, the following error message can be found in the log:
Cannot establish connection with APLS. Make sure APLS is up and running. Exception: xxxx
