How to activate an incident model

Note You must have the appropriate permissions to be able to activate an incident model.

When you activate a model, you change its status from draft to active. You can see the change in the workflow snapshot at the top of the page.

  1. From the main menu, select Run > Incident > Models.

  2. Select the incident model.

  3. Click the record identifier in the ID column to display the selected record.

  4. To the right of the workflow snapshot, click Active, then Save.
