Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

CI node grouping
When you expand a node that contains multiple related Configuration Items (CIs) in a visualization diagram, it can slow system performance. To prevent performance issues, you can display CIs of the same type as a group by using node grouping.
You can select the option on any folder grouping of CIs to display the individual CIs. Activating this option opens a window that allows you to choose one or more CIs from a list. When you are finished selecting the CIs, the graph updates to show only the extracted CIs.
