Service Management Integrations

Service Management provides integrations with the following products:

UCMDB

Enables you to synchronize configuration item (CI) data from UCMDB with Service Management.

OPB

For both the automatic and custom integration, download and install the On-Premise Bridge agent. For more information on installing and using agents, see How to use On-Premise Bridge agents on Windows or How to use On-Premise Bridge agents on Linux.

Operations Orchestration (OO)

Enables you to import content from Operations Orchestration so you can execute the imported flows as an automatic task in a record.

Service Manager (SM) Enables you to exchange incidents and requests between Service Management and Service Manager.

External Systems

To perform the integration, add Service Manager as an external system. For more information, see Working with external systems.

Operations Manager i (OMi) Enables you to create and update incidents in Service Management based on events in Operations Manager i (OMi).

To perform the integration, add OMi as an external system. For more information, see Working with external systems.

Business Intelligence (BI) Enables you to define the fields and relationships that are synced for a record type when integrating with an external business intelligence system.

REST API

PPM Outbound Integration Enables you to send Service Management ideas and proposals to Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).

PPM Optimization Solver Enables you to use the optimization engine embedded in Service Management to optimize scenarios in the Project and Program Management module.

LDAP Enables you to synchronize user and group records from LDAP with Service Management.

Micro Focus Propel Enables you to aggregate offerings from Service Management in Propel and create requests based on an aggregated offering.

Adapter

Download the Propel adapter in Service Management and install it in Micro Focus Propel.
