Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

View component availability

The Configuration Management module allows you to view outage information of a business or component, as well as the records affected by each outage.
To view component availability information, follow these steps:

Click Configuration Management > Reports > Component Availability.
A list of services and components is displayed.

Specify CI Name, Outage Start and Outage End as needed.
Tip If you do not have the exact CI name, click the Fill Field CI Name icon to search for the CI name by specifying search criteria such as location, building and part number.

Double-click a record from the list to view the outage details.
A list of outages is displayed, with information about each outage start and end, as well as the outage duration.
- Double-click each outage. All associated incident records are listed.
