A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Get Started with Smart Software Analytics

This section describes the necessary setup before accessing the Smart Software Analytics module.

Prerequisites

The following software products are required to access the Smart Software Analytics module:

UCMDB Server 11.0.
UCMDB Browser 11.0. For detailed instructions about installing UCMDB Browser, access the following website: Installing UCMDB Browser.
Configure the REST API. For detailed instructions about how to configure the REST API, access the following page: REST API Configuration.

To access Smart Software Analytics, follow these steps:

Go to UCMDB Home using either of the following methods:
- Access UCMDB Browser, using the following URL: https://<server_name or IP>:<port>/ucmdb-browser. Provide user name and password if required. Once you are logged in, you are on the UCMDB Home landing page.
- Access UCMDB Browser legacy mode, using the following URL: https://<server_name or IP>:<port>/ucmdb-browser/ucmdb_browser.jsp. On the Search page, click Access the UCMDB Home under the search box.

  Add the UCMDB URL to your browser's list of Trusted Sites or Exceptions, and then refresh the UCMDB Browser's page if the following error message appears:
  
  Something went wrong. You are probably using a self signed certificate. Please click 'OK' to visit UCMDB URL, then add it as an exception in your browser and refresh this page.
It is recommended that you visit UCMDB Home using Chrome.
Click the menu icon on the upper left corner to expand the navigation bar, and then select Smart Software Analytics.
