One of the following supported web browsers with the following plug-ins is required to run Universal CMDB Browser 11.0:

Internet Explorer 11 Windows OSs

Note To enable UCMDB Browser to always retrieve data from UCMDB server instead of loading cached data in IE, make sure you do the following:

  1. In IE, go to Settings > Internet Options > General > Settings.
  2. In the Website Data Settings dialog, go to the Cashes and databases tab.
  3. Make sure you deselect the Allow website caches and databases check box.
  4. Click OK twice.
