Azure Spending Report

Prerequisite:

You need to have an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft Azure to enable Azure Spending reports.

Azure Spending report consists of raw data from Microsoft Azure.

To view the Azure Spending report navigate to the Governance ->Reports -> Azure Spending area of the Management Console.

In this view you see the following:

  • Subscription Name

  • Meter Category

  • Meter Subcategory

  • Meter Name

  • Unit of Measure

  • Consumed Quantity

  • Resource Location

  • Consumed Service

  • Tags

  • COSTS (multiple columns, depending on currencies)

Note The number of columns depends on the number of MS Azure subscriptions and on the currencies configured by the administrator. For example, if all offerings are in USD you will see a single USD column. If some are configured in EUR, you will see two columns (USD and EUR).
