A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

This section describes the metaphases and subordinate phases in the life cycle of a budget record. All transitions between phases are manually triggered.

Metaphase: Active

Phase	Transition	Description
Open	Manual	The budget is available for selection. To make the budget frozen, manually transition it to the Frozen phase. To make the budget inactive, manually transition it to the Close phase. Next phase: Frozen or Close
Frozen	Manual	The budget is frozen. To make the budget inactive, manually transition it to the Close phase. To make the budget open again, manually transition it to the Open phase. Next phase:Open or Close
