Service Management Automation mobile app

The Service Management mobile app allows users to access the Service Portal on Android mobile devices.

The mobile app is available from the Google Play store for Android devices.

Featuring live notifications and an intuitive card layout, the app uses a predictive self-service algorithm based on user activity to display the right information at the right time. Users can easily solve issues or find the services they need right on their mobile devices.

  • Manage requests:

    • View existing open requests.

    • Approve or deny requests.

    • Accept or reject solutions.

    • Get proactively notified with pending approvals.

  • Search the knowledge base:

    • Search for offerings and view details.

    • View mobile-optimized knowledge articles using the search.

    • View mobile-optimized news items using the search.

  • Browse the catalog for offerings and view details.

  • Predictive self-service feed:

    • Highlights offerings and articles with possible solutions.

    • Quick pick from the most popular and administrator recommended options.

  • Link directly to app from links accessed in mobile:

    • Link to directly into the right context from an email link.

    • If you are already logged into the app, the link takes you directly into context in the app.

    • If you aren't logged in but the tenant ID is provided as part of the link, you are taken straight into the app's login page.

    • Supported links into: requests, offerings, categories, news and articles.
