How to log in to Service Management using the mobile app

If Service Management has been setup to allow use of the mobile app, and you have downloaded it from the Google Play store and installed the mobile app, you can log in to the Service Management Service Portal as described below. For details on setting up the mobile app, see How to set up Service Management for the mobile app.

These procedures describe the steps to take to log into the app per tenant. If you intend to log into multiple tenants, you can log into one tenant at a time and must perform these steps per tenant. To log into a different tenant, you must log out of the tenant you are logged into.

Note You may log out of the mobile app by tapping the log out button. To display the log out button, tap the more options icon Three dots in a vertical row at the top right of the home page. Once logged out of the mobile app, you may log into the same tenant using different user credentials.

You may also select to log into a different tenant by tapping the more options icon Three dots in a vertical row at the top right of the mobile app login screen, clicking Switch Tenant, and performing the login procedure for a new tenant using that tenant's URL.
