Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

User options pricing example
The following example assumes you want the basic price of an offering for a new laptop to be $1,000, with a $20 monthly recurring cost. You also want to add extra pricing for the offering, depending on the processor type, or whether the request is also for a monitor.
To do this, take the following steps:

From the main menu, select Plan > Service Catalog > Offerings.

Select the relevant offering, and click Details.

In the User options tab, click New field. The properties display in the right pane.

Complete the following:
