How to create a proposal from an optimization record

When an optimization record is closed, you can create a proposal from this record when the recommended cloud solution is worth implementing and investigating.

After you create a proposal from an optimization record, Service Management automatically creates a relationship between the records. The proposal appears in the Related proposals tab.

Note Data domain assignments are not copied when you create a proposal from an optimization record. For more information about data domains, see Data domain segmentation.
