Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to view current on-call status
The On-Call Schedule Management feature allows you to easily view the on-call shifts, working hours, and vacations of you, and any employees you manage. In addition, you can view the current on-call assignment of any group.
To view the current on-call assignment of any group:

From the Main menu, select Run > On-Call Schedule.

Select the group. The right panel displays these sections:

Current members who are on call.

Group members.

To view your current on-call status:

Click the avatar in the menu bar. The Profile & Preferences page is displayed.

Do one of the following:

Click Schedule in the main menu bar.

Click View calendar at the top left of the page.
Your schedule is displayed.

To view the current on-call status of a group of which you are a member:

Click the avatar in the menu bar. The Profile & Preferences page is displayed.

Select the group.

Click the calendar icon. The group schedule is displayed.
To view the current on-call status of an employee:

Click the avatar in the menu bar. The Profile & Preferences page is displayed.

Click the calendar icon for the employee. The employee schedule is displayed.
Note You can also view the employee schedule by using the View a different schedule link on the top left of the page. This link is displayed when viewing your own schedule. Click the link to display a drop-down, and select the employee. The employee schedule is displayed.
