Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

On-Call Schedule Management user interface
If this feature is enabled, and you have the appropriate permission, the On-Call Schedule Management feature allows you to view all the groups currently on-call, and the members of the groups. For more information, see How to set up On-Call Schedule Management.
To view On-Call Schedule Management, from the main menu, select Run > On-Call Schedule. The On-Call Schedule landing page is displayed:

As you select a group from the list, the right panel displays:
If a member is on vacation, information about this is displayed next to the name. Click the calendar icon beside the member name to display the schedule for the group member. See Schedule. |
Group calendar |
To access, from the main menu, select Run > On-Call Schedule > View group calendar. Displays the members and the on-call shifts for the selected group. Out-of-the-box, only an administrator and all members of the group can view the group calendar. Left panel This panel displays the names of the members of the group:
Click to add an on-call shift. For more information, see How to set up on-call shifts. Calendar The calendar displays the selected date range and on-call shifts. The calendar displays up to three months ahead, and one month back. Click a shift to open it. If it is a recurring shift, an option is displayed to open the current or recurring shift.
To access the group calendar, from the main menu, select Run > On-Call Schedule > View group calendar. |
Schedule |
Displays the schedule of on-call shifts for an individual in a calendar format. The calendar displays up to three months ahead, and one month back. Out-of-the-box, only an administrator, the user's manager, and all members of the group can view the schedule. Only the manager of another user can edit the other user's personal schedule.
To access the schedule, click the calendar icon beside the name of the group member. |
