How to set up On-Call Schedule Management

Before you set up this feature, you must:

  1. Ensure it is enabled. For more information, see Enable On-Call Schedule Management.

  2. Set up the relevant groups and the members of the group. For more information, see People.

    Important You must ensure the On-Call Schedule permission is enabled for the roles of those users who will administer On-Call Schedule Management. For more information, see How to edit role permissions.

To set up On-Call Schedule Management, configure the following:

  1. Working hours. For more information, see How to set up working hours.

  2. Vacations. For more information, see How to add a vacation.

  3. Shifts. For more information, see How to set up on-call shifts.

  4. Assignment strategy. For more information, see How to set up assignment strategy.
