Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Governance Level Approval
This is an approval feature that allows you to create a high level approval.
For example, you might set up Governance Level Approval that requires approval for a request where the cost exceeds a specified amount.
Governance level approval is enabled for the following record types:

Idea

Proposal

Release

Request
This feature applies to the service and cart request record types, but not to the support request record type. The approval plan runs only once in cases where there are child requests. It does not operate on the child requests.
