A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Choose a subscription mode

Applies to User Roles:

System Administrator

You can choose a subscription mode on the Configuration Management environment record to control whether a user subscribes to a configuration item (CI) by using Change Management or by using Service Catalog.

To choose a subscription mode, follow these steps:

Click System Administration > Ongoing Maintenance > Environment Records > Configuration Management Environment. The Configuration Management Environment Profile record opens.
In the Subscriptions section, select Service Catalog or Change Management for the Subscription Request Mode.
Click Save.
Click OK. HPE Service Manager updates the Configuration Management environment record.
