Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Clear the Web Browser Cache
It may be necessary to clear your Web browser cache on systems that previously accessed the Cloud Service Management Console prior to upgrading to CSA 4.80.0002. To clear your Web browser cache:

If you are using a Chrome Web browser:
- Open the browser.
- Select <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Delete>.
- For Obliterate the following items from, select the beginning of time.
- Select only Empty the cache. Unselect all other items.
- Click Clear browsing data.

If you are using a Firefox Web browser:
- Open the browser.
- Select <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Delete>.
- For Time range to clear, select Everything.
- Expand Details.
- Select only Cache. Unselect all other items.
- Click Clear Now.

If you are using a Windows IE Web browser:
- Open the browser.
- Select <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<Delete>.
- Select only Temporary Internet Files. Unselect all other items.
- Click Delete.
