Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

On-Premise Bridge download center
The On-Premise Bridge download center is located on the right side of the Endpoints tab. It contains links to download remote products and services, which can be used in connection with the On-Premise Bridge.
The following links are available:
- Autonomy. You can download SharePoint connector 2010 or 2013 and License server, which enable you to index SharePoint knowledge articles. For more information, see How to index SharePoint knowledge articles in Service Management.
- Project and Portfolio Management. You can download Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPM). This enables you to synchronize Service Management with PPM. For more information, see Integration with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
- UCMDB. You can download UCMDB/Universal Discovery. The link forwards you to the Micro Focus products site, where you can download a trial version of UCMDB/UD. This enables you to synchronize Service Management with UCMDB. For more information, see How to set up automatic synchronization with UCMDB. You can also download the UCMDB Push Adapter 10.20 or later.
- Operations Orchestration. You can download Operations Orchestration Community Edition. This enables you to integrate Operations Orchestration with Service Management. For more information, see Integration with Operations Orchestration.
- Operations Manager i. You can download Operations Manager i (OMi). This enables you to integrate OMi with Service Management. For more information, see External systems - Operations Manager i integration.
- ChatOps. You can download SMAX ChatOps to have a new collaborate when handling incidents in SMAX. For more information, see the document included in the download.
- Propel. You can download the Micro Focus Propel adapter. For more information, see Micro Focus Propel adapter.
