How to activate a time period record

Note You must have the appropriate permissions to be able to activate a time period.

To activate a time period record means changing its status, as shown in the workflow snapshot at the top of the time period, from draft to active.

  1. From the main menu, select Plan > Time Period.

  2. Select the time period record.

  3. Click the record identifier in the ID column to display the selected record.

  4. Click Active icon, then Save.
