How to edit a time period record

  1. From the main menu, select Plan > Time Period. Service Management displays the available time period records.

  2. Select the time period record you want to edit.

  3. Click the record identifier in the ID column to display the selected record.

  4. Click the General tab to view or edit the time period details.

  5. Click the Workflow tab to view the workflow.

  6. Click the History tab to view changes to the selected record. For more information about history, see History.

  7. Click Save icon Save on the toolbar.
