Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

Licenses
License management enables you to manage license records, for example, creating trial license file and uploading encrypted license key. All license types such as permanent, term, and subscription are supported.
There are three modes of license:
- Production: The official license key is issued by Micro Focus, redeemed and installed by AutoPass License Server (APLS). Suite Administration syncs the license information from APLS. Only this mode of license can be assigned to a production tenant.
- Trial: This license can be created manually in Suite Administration, the duration and capacity are limited. Only this mode of license can be assigned to a trial or a DEV tenant.
- Evaluation: The official license key is issued by Micro Focus, redeemed and installed by APLS. Suite Administration syncs the license information from APLS. Only this mode of license can be assigned to an internal tenant.
Note An autopass lock code is needed if you are applying for a device lock type license, click Lock code to get the lock code of suite instance. Make sure to use the lock code of the suite instance that would be used as a production environment to apply for the Production license. Follow the Rehost process if you need to change the lock code for a production license.
