Release Highlights for the Operations Bridge Suite 2017.08

This release of the Operations Bridge Suite 2017.08 (container deployment) includes the following new features and enhancements:
- High availability: deploy the suite in a multiple master/worker node setup
- BVD reconfiguration: reconfigure BVD and the suite defaults after the first configuration
- Updated product containers including new features for OMi, BVD, and OBR
