Searching the Help
To search for information in the Help, type a word or phrase in the Search box. When you enter a group of words, OR is inferred. You can use Boolean operators to refine your search.
Results returned are case insensitive. However, results ranking takes case into account and assigns higher scores to case matches. Therefore, a search for "cats" followed by a search for "Cats" would return the same number of Help topics, but the order in which the topics are listed would be different.

How to Copy Policies
Instead of creating a new policy from scratch, you can copy an existing policy and change the copy to meet your needs. Copied policies are by default deactivated.
You can copy only one policy at a time.
How to copy a policy

In the list of policies in the Operations Connector user interface, select a policy.

Click in the toolbar. The Copy Policy dialog box opens.

Change the policy name and optionally the description.

Click OK. The copied policy appears in the list of policies in the Operations Connector user interface and is by default deactivated.
