Search participant

Type a user’s email address or a user name in this field to automatically display the search result. See Invite participants for more information.

Suggested participant list

Displays the suggested participants. Service Manager Collaboration retrieves participants based on the Suggested User Fields configuration that is associated with the record type. See Invite participants and IT Collaboration administrator tasks for more information.
3 Add/Remove button Click to add/remove the selected participants. See Invite participants and Remove participants for more information.
4 Suggested participant group title Displays the title of the suggested participants group. To customize this title, see step 9 in Add supported record types.
