Startup parameter: ldapnostrictlogin

Startup parameters change the behavior of the Service Manager server. You can always set a startup parameter from the server's operating system command prompt.

ldapnostrictlogin

Description

Enabling this parameter allows users with valid operator records to log into Service Manager without also having a valid LDAP record. By default, a user is required to have both a valid LDAP record and a valid Service Manager operator record.
