A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Report Definition Page

This page allows you to specify general report details.

User interface elements are described below:

UI Elements (A-Z)	Description
File Type	From the drop-down list, select the format in which you want to receive the report. Available types are: Microsoft Office Excel Workbook (.xls) Adobe Document (.pdf) Comma Separated Values (*.csv)
Report Description	A brief description of the report type.
Report Name	The name that you assign to the report.
Report Type	Click to select one of the predefined report types.
View	Click to select the view on which a report is based.

Frequency Selection Page

This page enables you to specify the frequency at which you want to receive the report.

Certain report types compare data at two points in time. For those report types, the specified frequency also determines which points in time are used when the report is created.
