Configure the Content Capsule on the Management Console

After you install the content capsule:

  • A default Resource Provider is created with a sample user name and password.

    Note You must configure the Resource Provides. For more information, see Edit Resource Provider Details.

  • Resource Provider properties are created.

    Note You must edit the Resource Provides properties. For more information, see Edit Provider Properties.

  • The following Component templates are imported:

    • Openstack Server Template 17.05
    • Openstack Server Group Template 17.05
    • Openstack Storage Volume Template 17.05

  • The following service designs are imported:

    Service Design Provider Type

    OpenStack-Multi-Tenant Support v4.0

    For more information about muti-tenancy support, see Multi-tenancy support.

    OpenStack

    Note OpenStack Compute with Storage Service Design is deprecated and the same functionality can be availed using OpenStack-Multi-Tenant Support v4.0, if the User Impersonation Mode is set to true.

  • The following Resource Offering are imported:
