A single word	`cat`	Topics that contain the word "cat". You will also find its grammatical variations, such as "cats".
A phrase. You can specify that the search results contain a specific phrase.	`"cat food"` (quotation marks)	Topics that contain the literal phrase "cat food" and all its grammatical variations. Without the quotation marks, the query is equivalent to specifying an OR operator, which finds topics with one of the individual words instead of the phrase.

Optimization process - Business rules

In the out-of-the-box optimization workflow, the following business rules apply to the indicated metaphase or phase.

Optimization process - all phases

Send survey phase

Before change	None	Validate: Email template is changed and the new value is not empty, or Email template is not changed and the old value is not empty Display the following message in case of a failure: The Email template field should not be empty
	None	Validate: Due date is changed, the new value is not empty, and the new value is a future date, or Due date is not changed and the old value is not empty Display the following message in case of a failure: The Due date field should not be empty and must be a future date
	None	Check if the target portfolio contains any applications and if the application has an application owner
After applying changes	None	Send the survey to application owners listed in the target portfolio to collect information for portfolio optimization
