Accessing an application

You can access applications from the System Navigator. You can expand nodes in the System Navigator to see all available applications and tasks at the same time. You can create favorites that make any part of Service Manager, or a frequently used query, accessible with a single click. The System Navigator can remain visible while you work in any application, which enables quick transitions to other tasks and forms.

To use a particular application, click the name of the application. For example, click Service Desk > Create New Interaction to open the New Interaction form and add information.
